A New Way to Pay Is Coming

On May 4, Xpress Bill Pay will no longer be active. Customers using autopay will need to switch over and re-enroll in autopay through Point & Pay.
What’s Changing
- Online Payments Beginning May 4, online payments will be made through Point & Pay instead of Xpress Bill Pay.
- Autopay Must Be Re-Enrolled If you are currently enrolled in autopay through Xpress Bill Pay, you will need to set it up again in Point & Pay after May 4.
- Paperless Billing and Account Access Point & Pay will provide updated options for account management, billing access, and payment setup.
What to Expect & When
WFWRD is providing advance notice so customers have time to prepare for the upcoming change to the online payment system.
Xpress Bill Pay will no longer be active as of May 4. Customers will need to use Point & Pay for online payments going forward.
Customers who want autopay must re-enroll through Point & Pay. Online account payment activity will continue through the new system.
