WFWRD and Point & Pay are separate companies.
Point & Pay (PNP) is our third-party payment processor.
WFWRD cannot access or change your Point & Pay account. This includes setting up, canceling, or changing AutoPay and paperless billing.
For these services and account changes, contact Point & Pay directly.
Bills Are Due on the 27th
Please update scheduled payments and reminders unless you selected “Pay on the due date” when enrolling in AutoPay. If selected, no action is needed.

Pay your bill, search for your account, or enroll in AutoPay through Point & Pay.

Collection Operations
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
To ensure collection, please place cans at the curb the night before your scheduled service day. Crews are unable to return for cans that were not at the curb when the route was serviced.
Holiday collection: Collection takes place on all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, when collection moves to the following day. On all other holidays, please have all cans at the curb for your regular collection day.
