Billing Update
We are aware of a technical issue with our payment vendor that has caused some accounts to be double-charged.
The Fix:
The issue is being corrected today.
Refunds:
If you were overcharged, a refund is being processed automatically.
Impacts:
Because the charge and refund fix happened on the same day, there should be no other financial impact.
Rates:
Your base service rates have not changed.
