Additional Garbage Can Service Agreement By submitting this request, the homeowner enters into an agreement with Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the use of an additional garbage can at the service address provided. Fees ▪ Startup Fee: $70 per can (one-time, non-refundable) ▪ Monthly Service Fee: $19.50 per additional garbage can Use of Additional Garbage Can ▪ Only for use at the service address on this request ▪ Remains property of WFWRD at all times ▪ All garbage must fit with lid fully or nearly closed ▪ Overflow items outside the can will not be collected Placement Guidelines Place cans at least 3 feet away from vehicles, trees or shrubs, mailboxes or signs, and other cans. Damage & Replacement Policy Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a $70 replacement fee. The homeowner submitting this form is confirming eligibility for this request and agreeing to the service terms below. Who is completing this request?
