Seasonal Container Reservation Program (SCRP)
The Seasonal Container Reservation Program provides qualifying residents with access to a once-a-year temporary container for bulky household cleanup during the 2026 SCRP season. This page is for program information only and includes schedule details, servicing dates, zone lookup help, and general participation guidance.

Program Overview
SCRP is designed to provide an organized seasonal cleanup opportunity across the district’s service areas. Informational postcards are mailed ahead of each area’s opening window, and the online calendar opens according to the phase and dates assigned to that area.
How the Program Works
- Each participating area has assigned postcard, opening, and servicing dates.
- Some cities are divided into zones. Customers should match their schedule to the zone shown on their postcard.
- Reservations are subject to available container capacity during the assigned opening window.
- Containers are delivered and serviced during the servicing dates listed for the selected city or zone.
What the Dates Mean
- Postcard mail date: when informational postcards are mailed.
- Reservation opening dates: when a phase opens for that city or zone.
- SCRP servicing dates: when containers are delivered and serviced in that area.
Important Notes
- This page is informational and includes program guidance and reference links.
- Your postcard determines your city, zone, and opening eligibility.
- Container availability may be limited and some phases may not apply in every area.
- Reservations cannot be completed by phone because required agreements must be completed online.
Reservation Phases
The 2026 schedule uses phased reservation openings so access is distributed across eligible customers more evenly. Not every area uses every phase.
Early Bird
For customers identified for first-priority access in their area. In many cases, this is intended for customers who were on the prior year’s cancellation waiting list and did not receive a container.
General Reservation
The general phase opens after any earlier phase assigned to that area. It is the standard opening shown on many postcards and is still subject to available capacity.
Some cities may only display General Reservation depending on schedule and availability.

Program Guidelines and Help
Container Delivery and Timing
- Containers are dropped off between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled day.
- If you still have not seen your container, please call by 4:30 p.m.
- Due to tight scheduling and route timing, we are unable to give a closer estimate of arrival time.
- Our staff will try to ensure residents have up to 24 hours to use the container.
- If containers are delivered on a Friday, they will be picked up on Monday.
Driveway Access and Placement
- Driveways must be clear and accessible.
- Please move vehicles, trailers, and RVs to allow for adequate space.
- Approximate placement space needed: 10' x 20'.
- Container size: 8 ft wide x 10 ft long x 4 ft deep.
- Recommended area space: 10 ft x 12 ft.
- The container must be placed in the driveway and off the street and public sidewalks.
- If the driveway is inaccessible, staff will be unable to deliver the container, and you will forfeit your opportunity for the container at your residence.
