Who May Use It
Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District offers landfill fee waiver vouchers exclusively for residents within our service area.
Eligible Loads
Valid for use with cars, SUVs, pickups (up to 1-ton), and hand-unloaded trailers.
Securely Covered Loads: All loads must be securely covered as required by Utah Code 72-7-410(2).
Important Guidelines
Review the rules below before choosing your landfill location and requesting a digital voucher.
Vehicle and Trailer Limits
- Valid for use with cars, SUVs, pickups (up to 1-ton), and hand-unloaded trailers.
- Trailers hauled by 1-ton or larger trucks are not eligible and will be charged the standard fee.
Items Not Accepted
- Mattresses, tires, and freon-containing items are NOT accepted with a voucher.
Load Requirement
- Securely Covered Loads-All loads must be securely covered as required by Utah Code 72-7-410(2).
