By selecting the acknowledgement box and choosing to text Customer Solutions, you are choosing to open your text messaging application and send a text message to WFWRD.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your request and any related follow-up communication.
Text messaging is for general service communication only. Do not send payment information, account passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information by text.
Text messages are reviewed during regular business hours, are not monitored for emergencies, and may be retained in accordance with applicable records retention and public records requirements.
Consent to text is not required to receive service from WFWRD. Customers may contact the office directly instead of using text messaging.
