Service Instructions

Our cart team will visit your location within 1 to 14 business days to repair or replace your cans.

Place cans in a visible and accessible location near the street.
Our team cannot retrieve cans from behind gates, fences, or other barriers.
You may continue using your cans until our team arrives. This will not affect regular collection service.
