Report Broken Cans

This service is provided free of charge for all WFWRD customers. Please complete the form below to report any broken or damaged cans. Our cart team will repair or replace the damaged can as soon as possible.

How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

🛠️ Service Instructions

Our Cart Team will visit your location within 1 to 14 business days to repair or replace your cans.

✅ Please ensure your cans are placed in a visible and easily accessible location near the street. Our team cannot retrieve cans from behind gates, fences, or other barriers.

♻️ You may continue using your cans until our team arrives. This will not affect your regular collection service.
