This service is provided free of charge for WFWRD customers. Complete the form below to report broken or damaged cans, and the Cart Team will repair or replace the damaged can as soon as possible.

What to Report

Select the can type and the damaged part for each can that needs repair or replacement.

Address Confirmation

Enter and confirm the service address carefully so the Cart Team can locate the correct property.

Service Timeframe

The Cart Team typically visits within 1 to 14 business days to repair or replace damaged cans.

Important: Place the damaged cans in a visible and accessible location near the street so the Cart Team can service them.

You may continue using your cans until the Cart Team arrives, as long as they can still be safely used for collection.

Service Instructions

  • Place cans in a visible and accessible location near the street.
  • The team cannot retrieve cans from behind gates, fences, or other barriers.
  • You may continue using your cans until the team arrives. This will not affect regular collection service.
