Use this form to report damage to a WFWRD garbage, recycling, green waste, or glass recycling can.

Before submitting: Place the damaged can in a visible, accessible location near the street. The Cart Team cannot retrieve cans from behind gates, fences, or other barriers. You may continue using the can until the team arrives if it is safe to do so.

Enter the total number of each can type currently at this address. Enter 0 if you do not have that type.
