Report a Missed Pickup or a Missed Street

Missed pickup reports are reviewed using our GPS and video tracking system. You will be contacted with the results within 48 business hours.

We do not return for cans that were not placed out on your service day or were not out on time. To ensure collection, place all cans at the curb the night before your scheduled service.

How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

Curbside Collection Tips

  • Set cans at the curb by 7:00 AM on your service day.
  • Return cans to your property within 12 hours of pickup.
  • Place cans at least 3 feet apart and clear of mailboxes, parked cars, and low tree limbs.
  • Do not place hot ashes in carts and do not overload carts.
  • Recycling correctly helps reduce processing costs and supports efficient collection.
