Use this form to report a missed can, a partially emptied can, or a street that may have been missed. All requests are reviewed by District staff before any return service is approved.
Reports are reviewed using truck cameras, GPS activity, and route information to verify whether cans were out on time and properly placed for collection.
To help avoid missed collection, place all cans at the curb the night before your scheduled service day and keep them clear of obstructions.
If it is determined that the cans were not out on time, the request will be canceled, and you will be emailed back with the findings. If your cans were not out on time and you still need service, you may submit a fee-based go-back request here.
Before submitting: Make sure the service address entered below matches the location where the collection was missed, and provide the time the cans were first out for service.
