Report a single missed can, a partially emptied can, or a missed street within 24 hours of the scheduled collection.
Collection Operations
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
To ensure collection, please place cans at the curb the night before your scheduled service day or no later than 7:00 AM. Crews are unable to return for cans that were not at the curb when the route was serviced.
Before WFWRD can process a missed collection request, staff review truck-camera footage, GPS activity, and route information. This audit confirms the can was at the curb on time and the collection driver missed it.
Please leave the can at the curb until it is serviced, unless WFWRD confirms that the can was not out when the driver serviced the location.
If the audit shows the can was not at the curb when the driver serviced the location, the request will be canceled, and we will email you the review results. Review results are provided within 48 business hours. If collection is still needed, you may submit a fee-based Extra Go-Back Request.
