Report a Missed Pickup or a Missed Street

Missed pickup reports are reviewed using our GPS and video tracking system. You will be contacted with the results within 48 business hours.

Please note that we do not return for cans that were not placed out on your service day or were not out on time. To ensure collection, all cans should be placed at the curb the night before your scheduled service.

How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

Curbside Collection Tips
🕖 Set Out: Place cans at the curb by 7:00 AM.
🏠 Bring In: Return cans within 12 hours of pickup.
📏 Placement: Keep cans 3 ft apart and clear of mailboxes, cars, and trees.
🔥 Safety: No hot ashes or overloaded cans.
