Seasonal Container Reservation Program (SCRP)
The Seasonal Container Reservation Program provides qualifying residents with access to a once-a-year temporary container for bulky household cleanup during the 2026 SCRP season. This page is for program information only and includes schedule details, program phases, servicing dates, zone lookup help, and general participation guidance.
Program Overview
SCRP is designed to provide an organized seasonal cleanup opportunity across the district’s service areas. Informational postcards are mailed ahead of each area’s opening window, and the online calendar opens according to the phase and dates assigned to that area.
How the Program Works
- Each participating area has assigned postcard, opening, and servicing dates.
- Some cities are divided into zones. Customers should match their schedule to the zone shown on their postcard.
- Reservations are subject to available container capacity during the assigned opening window.
- Containers are delivered and serviced during the servicing dates listed for the selected city or zone.
What the Dates Mean
- Postcard mail date: when informational postcards are mailed.
- Reservation opening dates: when a phase opens for that city or zone.
- SCRP servicing dates: when containers are delivered and serviced in that area.
Important Notes
- This page is informational and does not include reservation links.
- Your postcard determines your city, zone, and opening eligibility.
- Container availability may be limited and some phases may not apply in every area.

Reservation Phases
The 2026 schedule uses phased reservation openings so access is distributed across eligible customers more evenly. Not every area uses every phase.
Early Bird
For customers identified for first-priority access in their area. In many cases, this is intended for customers who were on the prior year’s cancellation list and did not receive a container.
Early Access
Used in select areas to open reservations before general access for additional eligible customers. This phase is only listed where applicable on the city schedule and postcard communications.
General Reservation
The general phase opens after any earlier phase assigned to that area. It is the standard opening shown on many postcards and is still subject to available capacity.
Some cities show only Early Bird and General dates, some show Early Access and General, and some list only General. “Not listed” means that phase is not shown for that area in the current schedule.

Program Guidelines and Help
Before Reserving
- Review your postcard carefully for your assigned city, zone, and phase.
- Do not assume neighboring areas share the same opening or servicing dates.
- If you are in a zoned city, confirm the correct zone before using the schedule.
- Avoid duplicate submissions or attempts to reserve outside your assigned area.
Address Search Guidance
- When using reservation tools, begin by typing only the first portion of your address.
- Select your property from the address list provided by the system.
- If your address does not appear, contact the district for verification before proceeding.
- If you live in a gated community, be prepared to provide access instructions when required.
Confirmation Timing
After a reservation is submitted through the district process, the Operations Department reviews and confirms the request. Customers should monitor their inbox and junk or spam folders for confirmation details.
