Only the homeowner can authorize an additional garbage can request. 📄 Additional Garbage Can Service Agreement By submitting this request, the homeowner enters into an agreement with the Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the use of an additional garbage can at the service address provided. Fees ▪ Startup Fee: $70 (one-time, non-refundable) ▪ Monthly Service Fee: $19.50 per additional garbage can. Use of Additional Garbage Can ▪ Only for use at the service address on this request. ▪ Remains property of WFWRD at all times. ▪ All garbage must fit with lid fully or nearly closed. ▪ Overflow items outside the can will not be collected. Placement Guidelines Place cans at least 3 feet away from: ▪ Vehicles ▪ Trees or shrubs ▪ Mailboxes or signs ▪ Other cans Damage & Replacement Policy Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a $70 replacement fee.
