Please review and accept this agreement before submitting your Glass Recycling Subscription request. Only the homeowner of record may submit this form.

Glass Subscription Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the homeowner and the Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the provision of a Glass Recycling can. By submitting this request, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Account Status
Your account must be current to participate in the program.
Fees – Monthly Billing
▪ Startup Fee: $55 (one-time).
▪ Monthly Billing: $8.50 per month (total $102 per year).
Collection Schedule
▪ Glass recycling is collected once per month at participating addresses.
▪ Find my glass collection day
Placement Guidelines
Place your can at least 3 feet away from:
▪ Vehicles
▪ Trees or shrubs
▪ Street signs or mailboxes
▪ Other cans
Damage Policy
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a $70 replacement fee.
