Glass Recycling Subscription Request

Requests must be made by the homeowner. Renters should contact their landlord.

Glass Recycling Subscription Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the homeowner and the Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the provision of a Glass Recycling can. By submitting this request, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Account Status

Your account must be current to participate in the program.

2. Fees

  • Startup Fee: $55 (one-time) 
  • Quarterly Billing: $25.50 ($102 per year)

3. Collection Schedule

Glass recycling is collected once a month at participating addresses. Find my collection day for Glass

4. Placement Guidelines

Place all cans at least 3 feet away from:

  • Vehicles
  • Trees or shrubs
  • Street signs or mailboxes
  • Other cans

5. Damage Policy

Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a $70 replacement fee.

How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".
