Refurbished Can Request / New Can Request

Important: This request is for replacing an existing can only. It is not used to start new service. Please review the options below before submitting your request.

  • Refurbished Can: $40

How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

Important

Your existing can must be retrieved before a new or refurbished can can be delivered.

If you have more than one can at your address, clearly identify the can to be replaced by:

  • Attaching a note that reads β€œTake this one”, or
  • Placing an X on the can using tape

Please place the can in a visible and accessible location, preferably off the street. You may continue using the can until it is replaced. Replacement typically occurs within 1–14 business days.
