
Refurbished Can Request / New Can Request
Note: This request is for replacing your current can, not for starting a new service.
Please review the options below before submitting your request.
Important:
We will need to retrieve your old can before delivering your new or refurbished one.
If you have multiple cans, please mark the one to be replaced by either:
- 📄 Attaching a paper that says, "Take this one"
- ❌ Marking an X on the can with tape
Please leave the can in a visible and accessible area, but preferably not on the street. You may continue using the can until it is replaced, which can take between 1 to 14 business days.
