Additional Can Billing Notice: If a lost or stolen can is later found and there are additional cans at the property, WFWRD reserves the right to back-bill for the additional can(s). You are responsible for contacting us to have any extra can picked up. If the original can is found and WFWRD is not notified, additional charges may apply.
Processing Notice: Once the request is reviewed, if all information matches the account and the account is not past due, the request will be processed. Your replacement can should arrive within 1 to 14 business days.
