  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".
 

Tenant / Property Management Company Being Added

The information entered in this section will be added to the account as a “Care Of (c/o)” designation for mailing and contact purposes.
The property owner’s name will remain on the account and will not be removed.

Billing Responsibility Acknowledgment

Regardless of the billing arrangement selected, the property owner acknowledges and understands that:

  • The property owner remains ultimately responsible for all waste and recycling utility charges associated with this property.
  • If the account becomes past due, unpaid balances will be certified to the property tax roll once per year, in accordance with district policy and applicable law.
  • This request does not transfer or eliminate the property owner’s responsibility for this utility, including when the property is rented or managed by a rental or property management company.
  • The property owner remains responsible for utility charges even when the property is rented, vacant, or managed by a rental/property management company.
