Curbside Assistance Program Request Form

Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District is pleased to offer the Curbside Assistance service to residents who meet the program’s eligibility requirements. This program provides assistance with taking your waste and recycling cans to the curb and returning them after collection.

Eligibility Criteria

• There is no one living at the address who can safely move the waste and recycle cans to the curb on collection day.
• There is a medical or physical condition that limits your ability to move the cans.

Conditions for Service

• Cans must be stored in a location that is easily accessible to District drivers (not behind gates, doors, or other barriers).
• A clear pathway from the storage area to the street must be maintained at all times, including snow removal and clearing obstacles such as parked cars or debris.
• If these conditions are not met, the service will be paused until compliance is restored.

A supervisor will contact you within 1–2 weeks to schedule a visit and review the requirements for this program.
