📘 How It Works

Collection Dates: January 1st – January 31st.
The Christmas tree collection is completed by service request only.
We typically plan to pick up your Christmas tree the day after your next scheduled service. Due to high seasonal demand, pickup may take a few extra days. Please leave your tree at the curb until it is collected, through January 31.
If the tree is not out when crews arrive, the request will be closed and will not be rescheduled.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following instructions:

I acknowledge that the Christmas tree is set out at the curb for collection and contains no prohibited materials (e.g., lights, ornaments, tinsel, stands, or bags)

Do not dispose of trees in garbage, green waste, or recycling cans.

Remove all decorations, lights, and tree stands before placing your tree curbside.

Trees over 8 feet tall must be cut in half for collection.

Ensure trees are visible, snow-free, and easy to access.

I understand that Christmas tree pickup is typically scheduled for the day after my next regular service. Due to high seasonal demand, collection may take a few extra days. I will leave my tree at the curb until it is collected, through January 31.
