Cancellation of Additional Service Requests

Please submit your request to cancel any additional services you no longer need. Once submitted, our team will arrange for collection and remove the service from your account.

Example: Cancel the extra recycling can, green waste subscription, or glass recycling service.

Can Collection Notice

We will arrange for the collection of your can within 1 to 14 business days.

To ensure a smooth pickup, please follow these steps:

Make sure the can is clearly visible and easily accessible to our driver.
Mark the can using one of the following methods:
- Place a sign on the can that says: "Take this can."
- Use tape to create a visible "X" on the can.

⚠️ Important: If we encounter any issues retrieving the can, your billing statement will reinstate the service charge.

If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".
