One-Time Move-in Box Pickup Request

This form is for new residents to request a one-time pickup of move-in boxes. Please review and acknowledge the guidelines below before submitting your request.

How to enter your address:

Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
Select your address from the list.
If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

I acknowledge that I am a new resident of this property.

I agree to remove plastic packaging, Styrofoam, and non-recyclable materials other than tape from the boxes.

I agree to empty all packing materials and other items from the boxes.

I agree to break/cut down, and flatten boxes.

I agree to place my broken-down boxes on the curb 3 ft. away from my cans.

I agree to stack broken-down boxes no more than 4 ft. x 4 ft.

I acknowledge that my boxes will not be picked up if they do not meet the requirements listed above.
