This form is for new residents only to request a one-time pickup of move-in boxes. Please review all requirements carefully before submitting your request.

Who May Use This Form

This request is intended for residents who have recently moved into the property and need a one-time pickup of move-in cardboard boxes.

What to Expect

Requests that meet the guidelines below will be picked up on your next scheduled collection day.

Important: Boxes that do not meet the preparation requirements listed below will not be collected.

Resident Acknowledgment and Preparation Requirements

By checking each box below, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following requirements for this one-time move-in box pickup request:

This request is for a one-time move-in box pickup.
Only properly prepared cardboard boxes are eligible for collection.
All boxes must be empty, flattened, and placed correctly at the curb.

I acknowledge that I am a new resident at this property.

I agree to remove plastic packaging, Styrofoam, and other non-recyclable materials from the boxes.

I agree to empty all packing materials and other items from the boxes before pickup.

I agree to break down, cut down, and fully flatten all boxes.

I agree to place my broken-down boxes at the curb at least 3 feet away from my cans.

I agree to stack my broken-down boxes in a pile no larger than 4 ft. x 4 ft.

I acknowledge that my boxes will not be picked up if they do not meet all requirements listed above.

Pickup timing: Approved requests will be picked up on your next scheduled collection day.
