📄 Additional Recycling Can Agreement

This agreement is made between the homeowner and the Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the provision of an additional recycling can.

  1. Account Status
    Your account must be current and in good standing to request additional recycling services.
  2. Fees
    ▪ Startup Fee: $70 (one-time, non-refundable)
    ▪ Monthly Service Fee: $5 per month for each additional recycling can
  3. Use of Additional Recycling Can
    ▪ For use only at the specified service address
    ▪ Can remains property of WFWRD
    ▪ All recyclables must fit inside with the lid fully/mostly closed
    ▪ Overflow or items outside the can will not be collected
  4. Placement Guidelines
    Place cans at least 3 feet away from:
    ▪ Vehicles
    ▪ Trees or shrubs
    ▪ Mailboxes or street signs
    ▪ Other cans
  5. Damage Policy
    Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a $70 replacement fee.
