Use this form to request an additional glass recycling can. Only the homeowner of record may submit this request.

📄 Additional Glass Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the homeowner and the Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District (WFWRD) for the provision of an Additional Glass Recycling can. By submitting this request, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Account Status
Your account must be current to participate in the program.
Fees – Monthly Billing
▪ Startup Fee: $55 (one-time)
▪ Monthly Billing: $2.50 per month (total $30 per year)
Collection Schedule
▪ Glass is collected once per month at participating addresses.
▪ Find my glass recycling day
Placement Guidelines
Place all cans at least 3 feet away from:
▪ Vehicles
▪ Trees or shrubs
▪ Street signs or mailboxes
▪ Other cans
Damage Policy
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a $70 replacement fee.
