Valley In-District: homes that are serviced and get a bill from WFWRD.

Canyon Communities In-District: homes that are serviced and get a bill from WFWRD that are in the canyons.

Valley Out-of-District: homes not serviced by WFWRD and near our district area.

Please do not place items curbside until the evening before your confirmed scheduled pickup day, or by 7:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.

Bagged Mattress/Box Spring

Appliance with Freon

The pop-up will show refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner window unit, and air conditioner free standing quantity fields.

Appliance without Freon

The pop-up will show washer, dryer, oven/range, hot water heater, and dishwasher quantity fields.

Tires

The pop-up will show fields for tires without rims and for tires with rims.

WFWRD employees are unable to enter private homes, garages, carports, or other enclosed areas. If helpful, include any additional details to assist our team in locating the items.

Payment Required to Schedule Service

After submitting this form, you must contact WFWRD at 385-468-6325 to complete payment for this request.

Payment must be received by Tuesday of the same week you are requesting pickup before the request can be reviewed and added to that week’s pickup schedule.

Payments received after Tuesday will not be added to that week’s pickup schedule. Once payment is confirmed, the request will be moved to the following week’s schedule.

Requests without confirmed payment by Tuesday will not be scheduled for pickup that same week.
