Trailer Rental
⚠️ Effective October 1st, the trailer rental program will be temporarily suspended for residents of Emigration Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. Service will resume once weather conditions permit.
Trailer rental fees:
Bulk trailer rental is now $240 for up to 2 tons.
Green trailer rental is now $80 for up to 2 tons.
Drop off Pick up Schedule:
Drop off Monday - Pick up Thursday
Drop off Tuesday - Pick up Friday
Drop off Thursday - Pick up Monday
Drop off Friday - Pick up Tuesday
Fees for items found on Bulk trailers:
$4 per Tire/$5 per Rim
$20 per Refrigerator appliance
$18 per Mattress/Box springs
There are 2 ways for a homeowner to rent a trailer:

Schedule early: Book your trailer in the warmer months for better availability.

Space requirements:
- Large Trailer: Requires a space of 28 feet x 10 feet. It holds 18 cubic yards, with dimensions of 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet deep.
- Short Trailer: Ideal for smaller spaces, requiring 24 feet x 10 feet. It holds 14 cubic yards, with dimensions of 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet deep.

Waste Guidelines: Do not mix green waste with bulk waste. Additional fees will apply for placing bulk waste in a green waste trailer. Please review the complete agreement for details and potential violation fees.

Tarping: Non-tarped trailers will incur a $50 tarping fee.

Community Options: Consider sharing a trailer with neighbors or organizing a neighborhood cleanup using one of our trailers.

Cancellation Policy: Trailers cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule your trailer, a $20 rescheduling fee will be applied.
