To move forward with making your account paperless, please ensure you are the homeowner and that the name you provide matches the name on the utility account. If you are a new owner and just moving in, you must wait to receive your paper statement and have your account set up before you can request paperless.
  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address does not appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time (example: 1234 S).

⚠️ Important: If you wish to cancel paperless billing and return to mailed statements, please email us at info@wfwrdutah.gov.

Please note: We are legally required to send one paper statement each year in February for the first bill of the year — this requirement applies even if you are enrolled in paperless billing.

Please confirm that your account is in good standing before submitting this request. Unpaid balances may be certified as delinquent and added to your property taxes once each year, in accordance with District policy, and will include an administrative fee at the time of certification.
Notice: Only homeowners are eligible to request paperless billing. If you are a renter or tenant, please have the homeowner complete this form.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that paper bills will no longer be mailed and accept responsibility for monitoring your account and keeping your contact information up to date.
