Paperless Sign Up.


To move forward with making your account paperless, please ensure you are the homeowner and that the name you provide matches the name on the utility account.
  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
  • Select your address from the list.
  • If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".

⚠️ Important: If you wish to cancel paperless billing and return to mailed statements, you must email us at info@wfwrd.gov

We are legally required to send out one paper statement each year in February for the 1st bill of the year.—even if you are signed up for paperless billing.
