Important: Do not submit this form if reservation dates are still available. Submissions received while dates remain open will not be reviewed.

Placement on the Cancellation Waiting List does not guarantee that a container will be assigned.
Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis as cancellations become available.

What these dates mean

Postcard mail date: when informational postcards are mailed.
Website reservation opens: when you may reserve your container online.
SCRP servicing dates: containers are delivered and serviced during these dates.

Early Bird, Early Access, and General rules

To qualify for Early Bird, your postcard must say “Early Bird”.
To qualify for Early Access, your postcard must say “Early Access”.
General is for customers who did get a container last year, and for anyone who did not reserve during Early Bird/Early Access.

Early Access Reservation Scheduling

This page is for customers whose postcard shows “Early Access”. Reservations are subject to container availability.

Early Access Customers Only Your postcard must state “Early Access” to schedule here.

Reminder: Reservations cannot be made over the phone due to required forms and disclosures.

Reservation Window: Opens at 8:00 AM on your city’s Early Access date and remains open for up to three days, closing at 11:55 PM on the third day (dates may fill before the window ends).
The calendar may be delayed a few minutes at 8:00 AM. Please keep refreshing your page.

Before You Submit

How to Enter Your Address

Do not enter the full address. This may cause an error.

Instead:

Start by typing the first four numbers of your home address.
Select your address from the auto-populated list.
If needed, type one additional character at a time (example: “1234 S”) until it appears.
If your address still does not appear, email info@wfwrdutah.gov and we will verify it is in the system.

If you live in a gated community, include the gate code under “Dumpster Delivery Instructions.”

Confirmation and Help

After the Operations Department reviews and confirms your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. Please check your inbox periodically (including junk/spam folders).

Avoid duplicate reservations. Booking multiple dates may result in delays or denial.
